What is happening?
ABERDEENSHIRE COUNCIL
ELLON - TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTION
“The Aberdeenshire Council (Station Road Ellon – 25.04.25) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order, 2025” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 25.04.25 for a period of 6 months and will prohibit any vehicle from waiting on Station Road, Ellon between Modley Place and Modley Avenue.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety to allow a new bus stop to be put in place.
