What is happening?

Temporary Closure of Crib House Lane and Long Hill

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Crib House Lane - from the junction with Long Hill, westwards for distance of 62 metres and Long Hill - from 42 metres south of the junction with Clewer Road, southwards for a distance of 31 metres. A total distance of 93 metres.

This Order will enable K Hobbs Construction to carry out electrical and water intstallation works.

The Order becomes effective on 24th April 2025 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 29th April 2025 and last until 5th May 2025 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 7 days.
