Dyer Street - Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting For Essential Works
What is happening?
The Council of the City of Salford proposes to make the following Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
City Of Salford (Dyer Street, Salford)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting) Order 2025
The effect of the Order will be to introduce:
No Waiting at Any Time on:
Dyer Street: (i) Southwest side, from the south easterly projected kerbline of Ordsall Lane for a distance of 8 meters in a south easterly direction, (ii) Southwest side, from a point 31 meters south east from the south easterly projected kerbline of Ordsall Lane for its entire length, (iii) Northeast side, from the south easterly projected kerbline of Ordsall Lane for its entire length.
The Order is necessary for essential works to be done.
The Order is intended to come into operation on the 12th of May 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier.
A copy of the proposed Order and plan of the area may be examined at Swinton Gateway, 100 Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 6BP, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm inclusive.
