(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles Order)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting At Any Time Order) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which is to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Onslow Street from its junction with Manchester Road to a point 10 metres in a northerly direction.
(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along Onslow Street from its junction with Manchester Road to a point 10 metres in a northerly direction.
The Order is required to facilitate the construction of a cycle way on Manchester Road in the highway.
The Order will be operative from 08:00 on the 25th April 2025 until 23:59 on the 30th April 2025.
The alternative route for vehicles will be via Manchester Road, Hargreaves Street, Manley Road & vice versa.

(Temporary Suspension Of Limited Waiting Parking Bay & Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting)Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which is to temporarily;
(i) Prohibit vehicles from waiting at any time on Church Lane from a point 80 metres south of its junction with Church Stile, west side, for a distance of 34 metres in a southerly direction.
(ii) Suspend (part of) the Borough of Rochdale (Civil Enforcement of Traffic Contraventions) (Various Streets) (Rochdale Township) Order 2008

The Order is required for essential building works of the park wall.
The Order will be operative from 08.00 hours on 28th April 2025 until 17.30 hours on 28th September 2025.

(Temporary Suspension Of Limited Waiting Bays & Prohibition Of Waiting At Any Time & No Loading Order) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council have made an Order, the effect of which will be to;
(i) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting and loading at any time on Albion Street for its entire length
(ii) Suspend (part of) the Borough of Rochdale ((Civil Enforcement of Traffic Contraventions) (Various Streets) Rochdale Township Order 2008 Schedule 3.4 Waiting Limited Mon-Sat 8am-6pm 1 Hour, No Return Within 1 Hour Albion Street, Castleton, Rochdale North from a point 7 metres west of its junction with Queensway to a point 31 metres of its junction with Queensway.
The Order is required to facilitate the safe installation of a new electrical service to a property within the carriageway.
The Order will be operative from 08:00 on the 28th April 2025 until 17:00 on the 2nd May 2025.

(Temporary Suspension Of Taxi Rank And Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting At Any Time Order) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which is to temporarily;
(i) Suspend (part of) the Borough of Rochdale (Civil Enforcement of Traffic Contraventions) (Various Streets)
(Rochdale Township) Order 2008 Schedule No. 7.5 Taxi Rank No Waiting Anytime Except Taxis South
Parade, Milkstone & Deeplish Ward
(ii) the south side from a point 19 metres west of its junction with Drake Street for a distance of 35 metres in a westerly direction.
(iii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along South Parade from the south side from a point 19 metres west of its junction with Drake Street for a distance of 35 metres in a westerly direction.
The Order is required to facilitate the new gas connection required for property number 8.
The Order will be operative from 08:00hours until 17:30hours on the 25th April 2025 and then from 08:00hours until 17:30hours on each day from the 28th April 20205 until the 30th April 2025.

(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles Order)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting At Any Time Order) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which is to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Shawclough Road from its junction with Paton Street in a South Easterly direction for a distance of 230 metres
(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along Shawclough Road from its junction with Shawclough Road, Rochdale direction for a distance of 230 metres.
The Order is required to facilitate the safe resurfacing of the Carriageway within the carriageway.
The Order will be operative from 08:00 to 17:00 daily on the 26th April 2025 and the 27th April 2025.
The alternative route for vehicles will be via Shawclough Road, Healey Dell, Market Street, Whitworth Road, St Marys Gate, John Street, Spotland Road, Sheriff Street, Falinge Road & vice versa.
(Smithy Bridge Road, Littleborough (3))
(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which is to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Smithy Bridge Road from a point 15 metres north west of the level crossing for a distance of 40 metres in a south easterly direction.
The Order is required to facilitate safe maintenance works to the railway level crossing.
The Order will be operative from 00:05 on the 29th April 2025 until 05:40 on the 29th April 2025.
The alternative route for vehicles will be via Smithy Bridge Road, Milnrow Road (Littleborough), Wildhouse Lane, Kiln Lane, Bridge Street, Rochdale Road, Milnrow Road (Rochdale), Albert Royds Street, Halifax Road (A58), Smithy Bridge Road & vice versa.
(CROFT STREET, WARDLE)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles And Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting At Any Time And Temporary Suspension Of One-Way Traffic Order) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council intend, in not less than seven days, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Croft Street from its junction with Halifax Road, Wardle for a distance of 29 metres in a north westerly direction.
(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at any time along Croft Street from its junction with Halifax Road, Wardle for a distance of 29 metres in a north westerly direction.
(iii) Suspend The County Council of Lancashire (Traffic Regulation) Order 1946 (Wardle Urban District) in such that any vehicle will be permitted to travel along Croft Street, from its junction with Halifax Road
A.58 to its junction with Ashbrook Hey Lane, in Wardle Urban District. The Order is required to facilitate the safe replacement of a damaged BT pole.
The Order will be operative from 08:00 on the 8th May 2025 until 17:00 on the 8th May 2025.
The alternative route for vehicles will be via Halifax Road, Ashbrook Hey Lane, Croft Street & vice versa.
