The reason for the closures and restrictions is for carriageway resurfacing works.

There will be no waiting, stopping, loading or unloading permitted throughout the duration of the said works.

The said roads are expected to be closed and restricted, during various times, on a rolling programme commencing 1st May 2025 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures and restrictions are in force.

Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closures and restrictions taking effect. 

This Order can permit the closure and restriction of the roads in any order, or simultaneously as required. It is anticipated all works will be completed by 30th September 2025.

Temporary Closure (Various Roads) (Dymock Parish) Forest Of Dean District

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule below.

The reason for the said closure is for Emergency Ash Dieback removal.

The said roads are expected to be closed and restricted, during various times, on a rolling programme commencing 28th April 2025 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures and restrictions are in force. 

Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closures and restrictions taking effect. 

This Order can permit the closure and restriction of the roads in any order, or simultaneously as required.

It is anticipated all works will be completed by 16th May 2025.

The reason for the said closure is for track renewal works.

The said road is expected to be closed from 01:00hrs on 17th May 2025 until 03:00hrs on 19th May 2025 only or until completion of the said works.
