NOTICE OF PROPOSAL

COTSWOLD DISTRICT COUNCIL (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2018

VARIATION NO.1 ORDER OF 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cotswold District Council proposes to make the above Order under section 32, 35, 35C and Schedule 9 (Part M) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and all other enabling powers and after consulting with the Chief Officer of Police.

TITLE

Cotswold District Council (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2018

Variation No. 1 Order of 2025

The proposed effect of the Order will be to further vary the Cotswold District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2018 as follows: -

PROPOSAL

To update the plans attached to the Order by substitution with reviewed and updated plans.

The order will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

A copy of the Order and proposed Variation Order may be seen free of charge at the Customer Services, Trinity Road, Cirencester, GL7 1PX from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and online at www.cotswold.gov.uk (Details may not be posted on the website until after this notice is issued; if you cannot find the relevant details, please try again the next day).

If anyone wishes to object to the proposed Order or otherwise make representations, they may do so in writing to Mrs M Wheatley, Parking Manager at the address below to be received no later than 8th May 2025. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. Please note that any objection/representation may be published as part of any report into the proposed Order and if so will be publicly available to view.
