Little Sarnesfield, Temporary Road Closure Due To Connection Works

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: C1081 Little Sarnesfield, Broxwood, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1081 Little Sarnesfield, Broxwood, C1081 Little Sarnesfield. Grid Ref: 336677/254725.

The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via C1081 Sherrington Road onto Gorsty Corner onto the C1083 The Vernalls onto the C1083 Junction with Upper Haven onto the C1083 From A4112 onto the A4112 onto the A480 onto Lane from Bromage and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to connection works and the likelihood of danger to the public whilst the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 30th of April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
