The County of Cornwall (Rice Lane, Gorran Haven) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Gorran Haven.
This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 19th May 2025 to 23rd May 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. Road affected - Rice Lane, Gorran Haven for its entire length.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Ridgewell Terrace To Barton Road, Road From Barton Lane To Fraddon Hill, Fraddon)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 21st April 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Fraddon.
This prohibition is necessary for completion of utility works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th May 2025 to 7th May 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Roads affected - Road From Ridgewell Terrace To Barton Road, Road From Barton Lane To Fraddon Hill, Fraddon between properties Sueno Del Mar and San Felice.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 21st April 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Wadebridge.
This prohibition is necessary for desilting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th May 2025 for one day.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Trevanion Road To Primrose Cottage, Wadebridge for its entire length.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 21st April 2025 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Trevenson Road, Newquay between Newquay Tretherras School and Recycling Centre.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because of essential works to deliver the Newquay Strategic Route.
The Order will come into operation on 22nd April 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 24th June 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 1st April 2025 fora period of 21 days.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Wadebridge.
This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 19th May 2025 to 6th June 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 21st April 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Camelford.
This prohibition is necessary for liner installation works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th May 2025 to 16th May 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. Road affected - Victoria Road, Camelford between the junctions with Trefrew Road and Oakwood Rise.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 21st April 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Wadebridge.
This prohibition is necessary for new service oonnection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th May 2025 to 23rd May 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. Road affected - Trewint Lane, Wadebridge from junction with Rock Road to approximately 200 metres past St Minver AFC.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 21st April 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin.
This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th May 2025 for one day.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. Road affected - Wayfields, Bodmin from junction with Cricks to junction with Kenwyn Park.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 21st April 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell.
This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th May 2025 to 8th May 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Junction West Of Wayside To Chapel Hill, St Austell from Springfield Farm to property known as Trelinhay.
