Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along various roads as set out in Schedule 1 below. Nothing in this Order shall prevent access & egress from premises or land adjacent to the highway mentioned in Schedules 1 & 2. The alternative routes are shown in Schedule 1.
The Order is necessary for safety reasons to facilitate telecommunications & associated works.
The proposed Order will come into operation on 5/5/25 & will continue until these works have finished or on the 4/11/26 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that this order will apply to the locations, at various times during the dates specified in the Schedules.
The Order will be effective, for safety purposes, when signs are in place indicating the speed limit along the whole or any part of the above mentioned length of road whilst works are in progress or temporarily suspended.

That length of footway on the northern side of Newmarket Road (A1303) from its junction with Bell Road, Bottisham in a westerly direction to its junction with Church Road, Stow cum Quy. That length of footway running in a northwesterly direction along the south western side of Stow cum Quy church from Newmarket Road to Church Road, Stow cum Quy is hereby suspended. |

The proposed Order will come into operation on 27/5/25 & will continue until these works have finished or on the 26/11/26 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that this order will apply to the locations, at various times during the dates specified in the Schedule.
Access will be maintained to properties affected by these orders.
The above orders shall not apply to any persons lawfully engaged in connection with any works for which these are made, any member of the Police Force, Fire & Rescue Service, Ambulance Service, a vehicle being used by Special Forces during the execution of their duties or to any person acting with the permission or upon the direction of a Police Officer in uniform.
