Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 21st April 2025 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 40 MPH over an area of highway being B3269 From Junction South East Of Trevenning Farm To Castledore, Par from junction with Castledore Road to Castle Dore Barn for approximately 1230 metres.

The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because pole test works are being executed on or near the road. The Order will come into operation on 7th May 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 7th May 2025.

The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Road From Junction East Of Steppes Farm To South Of Mica Dams, Advent, Camelford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Camelford.

This prohibition is necessary for overhead cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 19th May 2025 to 22nd May 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. Road affected - Road From Junction East Of Steppes Farm To South Of Mica Dams, Advent, Camelford between grid references SX 10705 80266 and SX 11167 79848.

Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 18th April 2025 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpath 17 in the Parish of Roche between grid references SW 98705 58660 and SW 99051 59005.

The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the public right of way to allow the construction of the new link road scheme.

The Order will come into operation on 19th April 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 30th May 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 29th March 2025 for a period of up to 21 days. Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Par.

This prohibition is necessary for vegetation clearance on Network Rail bridge and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th May 2025 to 1st June 2025.

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2330 and 0700 on the following dates only: 24th May 2025, 31st May 2025, weekends included. Roads affected - Par Moor Road, Harbour Road, Par from Spit Beach Car Park to the junction with Par Green.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Bodmin.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th May 2025 to 21st May 2025.

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 21st April 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Mount.

This prohibition is necessary for pole testing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th May 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 18th April 2025 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpath 14 between grid references SW98125 59370 and SW98391 59526 and Footpath 16 between grid references SW98238 59211 and SW98238 59425, Roche.

The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the public right of way to carry out works for the St Austell link road. The Order will come into operation on 29th March 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 30th May 2025.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 21st April 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Quintrell Downs.

This prohibition is necessary for annual review and maintenance of Level Crossing and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th May 2025 to 6th May 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2200 and 0600, weekdays only.

Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 17th April 2025 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 30 MPH over an area of highway being Harmony Road, Roche between grid references SW98010 60119 and SW98250 60109 for approximately 243 metres. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out works for the St Austell link road.

The Order will come into operation on 18th April 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 30th May 2025. The restriction will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 28th March 2025 for a period of 21 days. Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 25th January 2025 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Crinnicks Hill, Bodmin from No 4 to access to Fore Street Car Park.

The Order which commenced on the 26th January 2025 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 6th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed due to building structural concerns. Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
