What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1)

TEMPORARY WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS

BRUNSWICK PARK ROAD N11

The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to undertake the replacing of street lighting, they have made an Order which will:

(a) temporarily introduce a length of 'at any time' waiting and loading restrictions on the southwest side of Brunswick Park Road N11, from a point in line with the southeastern kerbline of Falkland Avenue N11 to a point 40 metres southeast of the southeastern kerbline of Falkland Avenue, while the works take place, while the works take place.

(b) temporarily introduce a length of 'at any time' waiting and loading restrictions on the northeast side of Brunswick Park Road N11, from a point 8 metres southeast of the common boundary of No.36 and No.38 Brunswick Park Road to a point 95 metres southeast of the common boundary of No.36 and No.38 Brunswick Park Road while the works take place.

The works will commence at 8am on Sunday 27th April 2025 and is expected to last for 10 days. If the works are unable to take place on the date mentioned above, then the works will commence at 8am on Wednesday 1st May 2025 and is expected to last 3 days. Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Constable or a Civil Enforcement Officer in uniform.
