TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (Yorkshire and Humber) (No.11) Order 2025” authorising the stopping up of a southern part and an eastern part width of Wellington Place at Leeds in the City of Leeds. This is to enable development as permitted by Leeds City Council under reference 24/05854/FU.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne,
NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/Y&H/S247/5919). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Royal Mail Post Office, St Johns, 116 Albion Street, Leeds, LS2 8LP Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 22 April 2025.
