Heywood Court Close to Phipps Close, Maidenhead - Footpath Closure

THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF 
WINDSOR & MAIDENHEAD
FOOTPATH FROM HEYWOOD COURT CLOSE 
TO PHIPPS CLOSE (PART), MAIDENHEAD
(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead intends, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to:
Prohibit any person from proceeding along Footpath from Heywood Court Close to Phipps Close, Maidenhead leading to properties number 38 - 42 Phipps Close.

The alternative route for pedestrians is via Footpath from Heywood Court Close to Phipps Close and Phipps Close. 

The purpose of the proposed Order is to facilitate trial holes to determine size and condition of the main and as result there is the likelihood of danger to the public.

The proposed Order will come into operation from 00:01 hours on Monday 5 May until 23:59 on Wednesday 7 May 2025.
