What is happening?
ABERDEENSHIRE COUNCIL
A92 – TEMPORARY 40MPH SPEED LIMIT
“The Aberdeenshire Council (A92 – 21.04.25) (Temporary 40mph Speed Limit) Order, 2025” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 21.04.25 for 18 months and will introduce a 40mph speed limit on the A92 from 60 metres east of its junction with the C26k, westwards for 800 metres.
