What is happening?

PUBLIC NOTICES

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Broad Street, Stirling) (Temporary Suspension of Parking) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 17-4-25.

This Order will suspend the parking on:

Broad Street On the south-west side of the road from the boundary of No’s 39 - 41 Broad Street in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 20 metres or thereby from 0700 hours until 1800 hours from 12-5-25 until 13-5-25 to facilitate lining works.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Lower Castlehill, Stirling) (Temporary Suspension of Parking) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 17-4-25.

This Order will suspend the parking on: Lower Castlehill On both sides of the road from its junction with Upper Castlehill to its junction with Castle Court from 0800 hours until 1600 hours from 12-5-25 until 13-5-25 to facilitate lining works.

A COPY of the Order can be provided by e-mailing traffic@stirling.gov.uk.

The COUNCIL propose to make The Stirling Council (Birkhill Road, Cambusbarron) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

This Order proposes to:- Introduce ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions on Birkhill Road, Cambusbarron, to prevent indiscriminate parking obscuring visibility for vehicles emerging from the access.

Objectors should send their reasons in writing to the Head of Service, Environment and Place by e-mailing traffic@stirling.gov.uk quoting reference TM/6 - SRO/2025(154) by 14-5-25.
