The A30 Trunk Road (Whiddon Down)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that National Highways Limited (a) has made an Order on the A30 trunk road in the County of Devon to allow surveys and associated maintenance works to be carried out in safety.
The works are expected to take place over two nights (23.00 to 06.00) commencing on or after 24 April 2025.
The effect of the Order will be the closure of the A30 eastbound entry slip road at Whiddon Down Junction.
During the closures, traffic will be diverted via junctions of the A30 and local roads.
The closures (which will not apply to emergency service, traffic officer or works vehicles) and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs throughout the works.
The Order will come into force on 23 April 2025 and have a maximum duration of 18 months.
