What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING

The Ealing (Free Loading Places) (Amendment No. 040) Order 2025; The Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. 934) Order 2025.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, on 21 April 2025 made the above-titled Orders, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the made Orders will be to on a length of East Acton Lane, the north-west side, opposite Nos. 39-97 East Acton Lane substitute a length of 18.5 metres of double yellow lines with a loading bay to operate ‘at any time’.

3. The made Orders, which will come into operation on 28 April 2025, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order including plans, are available by e-mail from ‘trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk’ or for inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Order were made.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders are made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
