Savage Road - Temporary Prohibition of Driving

What is happening?

PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (SAVAGE ROAD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), have made an Order the effect of which is:

1. To prohibit the driving of vehicles in:
- Savage Road - between Talbot Gardens and Kelly Close
- Savage Road - at the junction of Talbot Gardens (9/5/25 - 20/6/25 only)

The prohibition of driving will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 1st May 2025 and shall continue in force for a maximum of 18 months.

It is anticipated that the regeneration works, new services and drainage works will commence on the 1st May 2025 until 30th October 2026 24hrs.
