NOTICE: is hereby given that on 14th April 2025 The Council of the City and County of Swansea made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers. 

The order will be effective from 24th April 2025, as set out in the schedules below. A copy of the order and plan may be inspected during office hours at the Civic Centre, Oystermouth Road, Swansea, SA1 3SN. 

Any person wishing to challenge the validity of the order or procedures used in making this order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks of the date the order was made.

SCHEDULE 1
REVOCATIONS
The existing Orders are revoked insofar as they are inconsistent with the proposals hereinafter contained which relate to the length or lengths of the road or roads referred to in the schedules hereto.

SCHEDULE 2
DISABLED PERSONS' PARKING PLACES
BIRCHGROVE ROAD
On its eastern side from a point 97 metres South of its junction with the southern kerbline of Parc Yr Helig Road southwards for a distance of 7 metres (outside No. 164).

KELVIN ROAD
On its north eastern side from a point 167 metres north west of its junction with the north western kerbline of Carlton Road north west for a distance of 5 metres (outside No. 65).

PENFILIA ROAD
On its northern side from a point 238 metres north east of its junction with the north eastern Kerbline of Miles Road north eastward for a distance of 6 metres (outside No. 76).

MONTEREY STREET
On its Southern side from a point 63 metres west of its junction with the western kerbline of Millwood Street westwards for a distance of 5 metres (outside No. 26).

CECIL STREET
On its eastern side from a point 38 metres south of its junction with the southern kerbline of St Johns Road southwards for a distance of 5 metres (outside No. 149).

CARMARTHEN ROAD
On its northern side from a point 57 metres west of its junction with the western Kerbline of Gwylym Street westwards for a distance of 5 metres (outside No. 502). (for clarity: this is the 'old' Carmarthen Road off the 'Wickes Roundabout')

SILOH ROAD
On its southern side from a point 7 metres east of its junction with the eastern kerbline of Siloh Crescent eastwards for a distance of 5 metres (outside No. 122).

LLANGYFELACH ROAD
On its eastern side from a point 24 metres north of its junction with the northern kerbline of Bryn Terrace northwards for a distance of 5 metres (outside No. 411).

TREWYDDFA TERRACE
On its eastern side from its common boundary with no 22 and 23 Trewyddfa Terrace to its common boundary with 23 and 24 Trewyddfa Terrace for a distance of 5 metres (outside No. 23).

LAN STREET
On its eastern side from a point 5 metres south of its junction with the southern kerbline of Bath Avenue southwards for a distance of 6 metres.

DANYGRAIG ROAD
On its northern side from a point 90 metres east of its junction with the eastern kerbline of the access road to Danygraig Cemetery eastwards for a distance for a distance of 5 metres (outside No. 131).

GRAFOG STREET
On its western side from a point 51 metres north of its junction with the northern kerbline of Wern Fawr Road northwards for a distance of 5 metres (outside No. 23).

SKETTY ROAD
On its southern side from a point 30 metres west of its junction with the western kerbline of Pantygwydr Road westwards for a distance of 5 metres. (outside No. 57)

WEST CROSS LANE
On its eastern side from a point 74 metres south of its junction with the southern kerbline of Alderwood Road , southwards for a distance of 7 metres (outside No. 27).

LAN STREET
On its eastern side from its junction of the southern kerbline of Bath Avenue southwards for 5 metres.

BATH AVENUE
On its southern side from its junction of the eastern kerbline of Lan Street eastwards for 5 metres.
