What is happening?
PUBLIC NOTICE
THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL
(VICARAGE ROAD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from
proceeding on Vicarage Road in both directions outside property 24.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken from 22 April 2025 until 25 April 2025.
The diversion route is: Church Hill, Penn Road and vice versa.
The Order is required to facilitate the installation of a new domestic gas service by Cadent.
