RHODDIR HYSBYSIAD DRWY HYN fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Blaenau Gwent, wrth arfer ei bwerau, yn unol â Rheoliadau Gorchmynion Traffig Awdurdodau Lleol (Gweithdrefn) (Cymru a Lloegr) 1996 a Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (y cyfeirir ati yma wedi hyn fel “y Ddeddf”), fel y’i diwygiwyd, a Rhan IV o Atodlen 9 i’r Ddeddf, yn cynnig y canlynol:

1. Cyflwyno terfyn cyflymder o 40 mya ar y darn o ffordd a bennir yn Atodlen 1 i’r hysbysiad hwn. 

2. Bydd ffyrdd o boptu’r darn hwnnw o ffordd a bennir yn Atodlen 1 yn cadw’r terfynau cyflymder presennol.

Mae dogfennau’n rhoi mwy o fanylion am y cynigion ar gael ar wefan Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Blaenau Gwent a byddant felly tan ddiwedd cyfnod o 21 diwrnod o’r dyddiad y cyhoeddir yr hysbysiad hwn.

Byddant yn cynnwys copïau o’r atodlenni arfaethedig a mapiau sy’n nodi’r darnau o ffyrdd y mae’r gorchmynion arfaethedig yn ymwneud â hwy, ynghyd â datganiad y cyngor o’r rhesymau dros gynnig gwneud y diwygiadau i’r gorchmynion.

Dylai unrhyw un sy’n dymuno gwrthwynebu’r gorchmynion arfaethedig anfon datganiad ysgrifenedig gydag unrhyw sylwadau ar y cynigion at Mr C. Rogers, Pennaeth Gwasanaethau Cymunedol, Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Blaenau Gwent, Swyddfeydd Cyffredinol, Heol Gwaith Dur, NP23 6DN. 

Dylai unrhyw sylwadau gael eu hanfon a’u cyrraedd o fewn 21 diwrnod i gyhoeddi’r hysbysiad a chael eu marcio’n glir: “Er sylw Mr C. Rogers”. Fel arall, gallwch anfon e-bost at: BSEnvAndRegen@blaenau-gwent.gov.uk.  

Bydd y cyngor bwrdeistref sirol yn ystyried sylwadau a dderbyniwyd mewn ymateb i’r hysbysiad hwn. Gellir eu dosbarthu’n eang at y dibenion hyn a’u gwneud ar gael i’r cyhoedd. Gellir gweld cynlluniau ac amserlenni ar wefan Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Blaenau Gwent.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council in exercise of their powers propose that in accordance with the Local Authorities Traffic Order (Procedure) (England & Wales) Regulations 1996 and the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), as amended, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Act, and be:

1. To introduce a 40mph speed limit on the length of road specified in schedule1 to this notice.

2. Roads either side of that length of road specified in schedule 1, will retain the existing speed limits.

Documents giving more details of the proposals are available on the Blaenau Gwent County Borough website and will be so until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published. 

They will include copies the proposed Schedules and Maps indicating the lengths of road to which the proposed Orders relates, together with the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the amendments to the Orders.

Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing with any comments on the engagement of the proposals to Mr C. Rogers, Head of Community Services, Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, General Offices, Steelworks Road, NP23 6DN. 

Any representations should be sent and arrive within 21 days of the notice being published and be clearly marked: “FAO Mr C. Rogers –Alternatively, you can email: BSEnvAndRegen@blaenau-gwent.gov.uk  

The County Borough Council will consider representations received in response to this Notice. 

They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public. Plans and Schedules can be viewed on the Blaenau Gwent Website.

A467 Aberbeeg Road
From a point 83 metres from its junction with A472/A467 roundabout for a distance of 584 metres in a north easterly direction.
