Manchester City - Multiple Traffic Notices

Notice is hereby given that Manchester City Council proposes to make the following Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 

The title and affect of the Orders will be as follows City Of Manchester (Various Roads In Chorlton And Chorlton Park) (Prohibition Of Waiting And Loading/Unloading) Order 2025 Proposed No Waiting At Any Time on: 

Ansdell Ave - both sides from its junction with St Annes Rd in a northerly direction for a distance of 8m. Both sides from its junction with Sandy Ln in a southerly direction for a distance of 10m. 

Barlow Terrace - the NE side from its northernmost junction with Barlow Moor Rd in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 5m. 

The NE side from its junction with Barlow Moor Rd opposite 275a in a N westerly direction for a distance of 10m. 

The SE side from its junction with Barlow Moor Rd opposite 275a in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 5m. 

The SW side from a point opposite its junction with Barlow Moor Rd opposite 275a in a N westerly direction for a distance of 16m. 

The SW side from a point 9m SE of its junction with Barlow Moor Rd opposite 275a in a S easterly direction for a distance of 5m. 

Brundretts Rd - both sides from a point 5m N of its junction with Groby Rd in a southerly direction to a point 5m S of its junction with Groby Rd. The E side from a point 8m SW of its junction with Cranbourne Rd in a northerly direction to a point 8m N of its junction with Cranbourne Rd. The NE side from a point 8m NW of its junction with Napier Rd in a south-easterly direction to a point 8m SE of its junction with Napier Rd. 

Chatfield Rd - both sides from its junction with Corkland Rd in a N easterly direction for a distance of 8m. 

Cleveleys Ave - the W side from a point 10m S of its junction with St Annes Rd in a northerly direction to a point 10m N of its junction with St Annes Rd.

Corkland Rd - the NE side from a point 10m NW of its junction with Chatfield Rd in a S easterly direction to a point 8m SE of its junction with Chatfield Rd. 

Cranbourne Rd - the SE side from its junction with Brundretts Rd in a N easterly direction for a distance of 8m. 

Fairhaven Ave - both sides from its junction with Sandy Ln in a southerly direction for a distance of 10m. Both sides from its junction with St Annes Rd in a northerly direction for a distance of 10m. 

Groby Rd - both sides from its junction with Brundretts Rd in a S westerly direction for a distance of 5m. The N side from its junction with Brundretts Rd in a N easterly direction for a distance of 8m. 

Hartington Rd - both sides from its junction with Sandy Ln in a northerly direction for a distance of 10m. 

Lytham Ave - both sides from its junction with St Annes Rd in a southerly direction for a distance of 8m. 

Napier Rd - both sides from its junction with Brundretts Rd in a N easterly direction for a distance of 5m.

Needham Ave - both sides from a point 45m NW of its junction with Priory Ave in a northerly, westerly and then southerly direction up to and including its cul-de-sac end. 

The NW side from a point 36m NE of its junction with Barlow Moor Rd in a N easterly and then N westerly direction for a distance of 14m. 

The SE side from a point 35m NE of its junction with Barlow Moor Rd in a N easterly and then northerly direction to its junction with Priory Ave. 

Nicolas Rd - both sides from its junction with Ryebank Rd in an easterly direction for a distance of 10m. 

Norbreck Ave - both sides from its junction with St Annes Rd in a southerly direction for a distance of 8m. 

Priory Ave - the S side from its junction with Needham Ave in a N easterly direction for a distance of 6.5m. 

Ryebank Rd - the SE side from a point 8m SW of its junction with Nicholas Rd in a N easterly direction to a point 8m NE of its junction with Nicholas Rd. 

Sandy Ln - the N side from a point 10m NW of its junction with Hartington Rd in a S easterly direction to a point 10m SE of its junction with Hartington Rd. the N side from a point 10m NW of its junction with Torbay Rd in a S easterly direction to a point 10m SE of its junction with Torbay Rd. the S side from a point 10m NW of its junction with Fairhaven Ave in a S easterly direction to a point 5m SE of its junction with Fairhaven Ave. The S side from a point 10m NW of its junction with Ansdell Ave in a S easterly direction to a point 10m SE of its junction with Ansdell Ave. 

St Annes Rd - both sides from its junction with Cleveleys Ave in a westerly direction for a distance of 5m. The N side from a point 5m W of its junction with Fairhaven Ave in an easterly direction to a point 5m E of its junction with Fairhaven Ave. 

St Annes Rd - the N side from a point 5m W of its junction with Ansdell Ave in an easterly direction to a point 5m E of its junction with Ansdell Ave. the S side from a point 5m W of its junction with Norbreck Ave in an easterly direction to a point 5m E of its junction with Norbreck Ave. the S side from a point 5m W of its junction with Lytham Ave in an easterly direction to a point 5m E of its junction with Lytham Ave. 

Torbay Rd - the E side from its junction with Sandy Ln in a northerly direction for a distance of 5m. the W side from its junction with Sandy Ln in a northerly direction for a distance of 7m. 

Whitelow Rd - both sides from a point 10m SW of its junction with York Rd in a N easterly direction to a point 10m NE of its junction with York Rd. 

York Rd - both sides from its junction with Whitelow Rd in a S easterly direction for a distance of 10m. Proposed No Loading/Unloading At Any Time on: 

Ansdell Ave - both sides from its junction with St Annes Rd in a northerly direction for a distance of 8m. both sides from its junction with Sandy Ln in a southerly direction for a distance of 10m. 

Barlow Moor Rd - the SW side from a point 10m SE of its junction with Barlow Terrace opposite 275a in a N westerly direction for a distance of 34m. 

Barlow Terrace - the NE side from its junction with Barlow Moor Rd opposite 275a in a N westerly direction for a distance of 10m. The NE side from its northernmost junction with Barlow Moor Rd in a S easterly direction for a distance of 5m. The SE side from its junction with Barlow Moor Rd opposite 275a in a S westerly direction for a distance of 5m. The SW side from a point opposite its junction with Barlow Moor Rd opposite 275a in a N westerly direction for a distance of 16m. Chatfield Rd - both sides from its junction with Corkland Rd in a N easterly direction for a distance of 8m. 

Cleveleys Ave - the W side from a point 10m S of its junction with St Annes Rd in a northerly direction to a point 10m N of its junction with St Annes Rd.

Lytham Ave - both sides from its junction with St Annes Rd in a southerly direction for a distance of 8m. 

Napier Rd - both sides from its junction with Brundretts Rd in a N easterly direction for a distance of 5m.

Ryebank Rd - the SE side from a point 8m SW of its junction with Nicholas Rd in a N easterly direction to a point 8m NE of its junction with Nicholas Rd. 

Sandy Ln - the N side from a point 10m NW of its junction with Hartington Rd in a S easterly direction to a point 10m SE of its junction with Hartington Rd. The N side from a point 10m NW of its junction with Torbay Rd in a S easterly direction to a point 10m SE of its junction with Torbay Rd. the S side from a point 10m NW of its junction with Fairhaven Ave in a S easterly direction to a point 5m SE of its junction with Fairhaven Ave. The S side from a point 10m NW of its junction with Ansdell Ave in a S easterly direction to a point 10m SE of its junction with Ansdell Ave. 

St Annes Rd - both sides from its junction with Cleveleys Ave in a westerly direction for a distance of 5m. The N side from a point 5m W of its junction with Fairhaven Ave in an easterly direction to a point 5m E of its junction with Fairhaven Ave. The N side from a point 5m W of its junction with Ansdell Ave in an easterly direction to a point 5m E of its junction with Ansdell Ave. The S side from a point 5m W of its junction with Norbreck Ave in an easterly direction to a point 5m E of its junction with Norbreck Ave. The S side from a point 5m W of its junction with Lytham Ave in an easterly direction to a point 5m E of its junction with Lytham Ave.

Torbay Rd - the E side from its junction with Sandy Ln in a northerly direction for a distance of 5m. The W side from its junction with Sandy Ln in a northerly direction for a distance of 7m. 

Whitelow Rd - both sides from a point 10m SW of its junction with York Rd in a N easterly direction to a point 10m NE of its junction with York Rd. 

York Rd - both sides from its junction with Whitelow Road in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 10 metres. Copies of the proposed Order together with the plans showing the proposals may be inspected at Customer Service Centre Ground Floor, Town Hall Extension, M60 2LA (for Sat. Nav. use M2 5DB) between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm on Monday to Friday inclusive. Please ensure that the Contact Centre is open before attending.

Objections to the proposals must be sent to me in writing to phlegal@manchester.gov.uk or the address below, stating the grounds on which they are made, no later than 8th May 2025.
