THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT IS CLASSIFIED AS EIA DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017 at LAND EAST OF STAPLEFORD LANE.
Application No. 25/00255/ FUL The proposed development is classified as EIA development under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017.
