Inchley Road - Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicular Traffic For Carriageway And Footway Repairs

MANCHESTER CITY COUNCIL TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (AS AMENDED)
Notice is hereby given that the City Council has made the following Temporary Road Traffic Order(s):
ORDER NO. MCC142810119: The City of Manchester (Inchley Road, Ardwick Ward)(Temporary Prohibition of Vehicular Traffic) Order 2025 under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to prohibit vehicular traffic on Inchley Road From Upper brook street to Kincardine Road. The alternative routes for traffic will be: Upper Brook Street, Brunswick Street, Kincardine Road. The City Council is satisfied that this prohibition is necessary in order to facilitate Carriageway and Footway repairs. It is expected that the works will be in progress from 21st April 2025 to 22nd April 2025. The order shall come into operation on 21st April 2025 and may remain in force for a maximum period of eighteen months. If all necessary works are completed within a shorter period, the Order shall cease to have effect at the end of that shorter period. Kevin Gillham.
