Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(B4196 Areley Common, Stourport on Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of B4196 Areley Common from its junction with U11026 Redhouse Road to its junction with Malvern Edge Court (NSG Ref. 45703111).

Reason: Lay new ducting by Openreach.

Alternative route: B4196 Astley, B4194 Pearl Lane, A451 Dunley Road, B4196 Areley Common (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (24hrs). Commencing: 19 April 2025.

(U11519 Park Avenue, Stourport on Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U11519 Park Avenue from its junction with U11500 Lickhill Road to its junction with B4195 Bewdley Road.

Reason: Repair and reinforcement of carriageway by WCC.

Alternative route: U11519 Park Avenue (part), B4195 Bewdley Road, U11527 Vernon Road, U11500 Lickhill Road, U11519 Park Avenue (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 22 April 2025.

(C2192 Menith Wood/C2192 Menith Wood to Malvern Hills Boundary, Menith Wood) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of Closure 1: C2192 Menith Wood from its junction with B4202 Worcester Rd to its junction with C2192 Menith Wood to Malvern Hills Boundary. Closure 2 – C2192 Menith Wood to Malvern Hills Boundary from its junction with C2192 Menith Wood to its junction with C2192 Penn Hall Ln.

Reason: Carriageway patching for surface dressing by WCC.

Alternative route: B4202 Worcester Rd, C2024 Pensax, C2024 Stockton, A443 Stockton, A443 Eardiston, U95616 Menith Wood and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 24 April 2025 and 8 May 2025.

(U11009 Longmynd Way, Stourport on Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: to close that part of U11009 Longmynd Way from its junction U11014 Bredon Way to its junction with U11010 Ankerdine Avenue.

Reason: Sewer Works by Severn Trent Water.

Alternative route: U11009 Longmynd Way (part), U11010 Ankerdine Avenue, U11011 Langdale Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 8 days. Commencing: 22 April 2025.

(U12382 Marlpool Lane, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U12382 Marlpool Ln from its junction with A442 Franche Rd to its junction with U12312 Goodwin Cl.

Reason: Tactile paving replacement by WCC.

Alternative route: U12382 Marlpool Ln (part), B4190 Wolverley Road, A442 Franche Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 12 May 2025.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)

(Wyre Forest District – Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2025 [Prohibition of Waiting on Shrawley Avenue and Rifle Range Road, Kidderminster]

On 3 April 2025 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Kidderminster:–

Rifle Range Road, Kidderminster (southeast side) – from its junction with Shrawley Avenue for a distance of 10 metres in a south westerly direction and 15 metres in a north easterly direction.

Shrawley Avenue, Kidderminster (both sides) – from its junction with Rifle Range Road for a distance of 16 metres in a south easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 24 April 2025.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be downloaded at the Wyre Forest Public Notice Page on the Worcestershire County Council Website or inspected at Kidderminster Library, Market Street, Kidderminster DY10 1AD and Wildwood, Wildwood Drive, Worcester WR5 2QT during normal office hours.

The validity of the Council’s powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

(Wyre Forest District – Stourport area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2025 [Prohibition of Waiting on Longboat Lane, Stourport]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of road in Stourport:–

Longboat Lane (North side) – from a point 12.8 metres from its junction with Minster Road for a distance of 7.8 metres in an easterly direction;

(South side) – from a point 12.5 metres from its junction with Minster Road for a distance of 7.8 metres in an easterly direction.
