DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991, a fydd yn para deunaw mis ar y mwyaf.
Mae hi'n angenrheidiol cau'r ffordd er mwyn hwyluso'r gwaith o osod cebl newydd ar gyfer fferm solar.
Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd cau’r darnau canlynol o ffyrdd, mewn dau gam, yn ôl yr angen yn ystod y gwaith ar y safle:-
Cam 1
Cau Ffordd Dros Dro:
Heol Llantrisant (Pant-y-Brad) o'i chyffordd â Heol Ddu, tua'r de-ddwyrain am bellter o 840 metr.
Llwybr arall i gerbydau:
Ar hyd Heol Ddu, Heol Castellau, y B4595, Stryd Fawr, Heol-y-sarn, Ffordd Fynediad Parc Busnes Llantrisant, a Ffordd Llantrisant (Pant-y-Brad).
Cam 2
Cau Ffordd Dros Dro:
Ffordd Llantrisant (Pant-y-Brad) o bwynt 840 metr tua'r de-ddwyrain o'i chyffordd â Heol Ddu, tua'r deddwyrain am bellter o 500 metr.
Llwybr arall i gerbydau:
Ar hyd Ffordd Llantrisant (Pant-y-Brad), Heol Ddu, Heol Castellau, y B4595, Stryd Fawr, Heol-y-Sarn, Ffordd Fynediad Parc Busnes Llantrisant a Ffordd Llantrisant (Pant-y-Brad).
Bydd mynediad ar gael ar gyfer cerddwyr, cerbydau'r gwasanaethau brys, ac ar gyfer cyrraedd eiddo.
Mae disgwyl i'r ffordd fod ar gau rhwng y dyddiadau ac amseroedd canlynol neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi'i gwblhau: -
• Bydd y ffyrdd yn cael eu cau'n llawn yn ôl yr angen rhwng 21 Ebrill a 20 Mehefin 2025.

(Temporary Road Closure) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council have made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will have a maximum duration of eighteen months.
The closure is necessary to facilitate works to install a new cable for a solar farm.
The effect of the Order will be to close the following lengths of roads, in two phases, as and when required during the works on site: -
Phase 1
Temporary Road Closure:
Llantrisant Road (Pant-y-Brad) from its junction with Heol Ddu, south-eastwards for a distance of 840 metres.
Alternative Route:
Available via Heol Ddu, Castellau Road, B4595, High
Street, Heol-y-Sarn, the Llantrisant Business Park
Access Road and Llantrisant Road (Pant-y-Brad).
Phase 2
Temporary Road Closure:
Llantrisant Road (Pant-y-Brad) from a point 840 metres south-east of its junction with Heol Ddu, southeastwards for a distance of 500 metres.
Alternative Route:
Available via Llantrisant Road (Pant-y-Brad), Heol Ddu, Castellau Road, B4595, High Street, Heol-y-Sarn, the Llantrisant Business Park Access Road and Llantrisant Road (Pant-y-Brad)
Access will be maintained for pedestrians, emergency services and to premises.
The closure is expected to be in operation between the following dates and times, or until such time as the works has been completed: -
• Full closures as and when required between 21st April – 20th June 2025
