(PASSAGE ROAD AND STANDFAST ROAD, HENBURY AND BRENTRY WARD, CITY OF BRISTOL) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2025
The City Council of Bristol hereby gives NOTICE that on 10th April 2025 it made a traffic order, the effect of which is to introduce prohibition of waiting arrangements for vehicles in lengths of Passage Road (between Wyck Beck Road and Standfast Road) and Standfast Road (the triangular island at its junction with Passage Road).
The order will come into operation on 5th May 2025 and a copy thereof, together with a plan and a Statement of the Council’s Reasons for making the order may be inspected at the Citizen Service Point, 100 Temple Street, Bristol, BS1 6AG, between 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on Monday to Friday.
Any person who desires to question the validity of, or of any provision contained in the order on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, or on the grounds that any of the relevant requirements of that Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, may within six weeks after the date on which the order was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
