Order made: To close that part of Closure 1 – U31127 Parsons Road from its junction with U31130 Parsons Rd to its junction with U31127 Tunnel Dr.

Closure 2 – U31127 Tunnel Drive from its junction with U31127 Parsons Rd to its junction with U31162 Jinnah Rd.

Reason: Surface dressing by WCC.

Alternative route: U31127 Tunnel Dr (part), C2101 Coldfield Dr, U31119 Pool Bank, U30100 Mount Pleasant, U31134 The Mayfields, U31130 Parsons Rd (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day between 21 April 2025 and 13 May 2025.

Order made: To close that part of B4090 Alcester Rd from its junction with C2038 High St to its junction with U30012 Moors Ln.

Reason: Safe access of pole testing and tree cutting by Openreach.

Reason: Utility water works by Severn Trent Water.

Proposed Order: To close that part of U23412 Barkers Ln from its junction with A435 Alcester Rd for a distance of 132 metres in an easterly direction.

Reason: Dropped kerb for new vehicle crossing by WCC.

Alternative route:

Diversion 1 (Westbound/Southbound) – A435 Alcester Rd, Into Warwickshire, C2040 Mill Ln, U23412 Barkers Ln (part).

Diversion 2 (Eastbound) – U23412 Barkers Ln (part), C2040 Tanners Green Ln, A435 Alcester Rd.

Order made: To close that part of Link Footpath F20522 Fords Road (Outside no. 62) from its junction with U23433 Peterbrook Rd to its junction with U23425 Fords Rd.

Reason: Gas main replacement by Cadent Gas.

Alternative route: U23425 Fords Rd, U23424 Haslucks Green, U23433 Peterbrook Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 22 days (24hrs).

Proposed Order: To close that part of Closure 1 — U33415 Greenlands Avenue from its junction with U33412 Greenlands Ave to its junction with U33416 Oakenhsaw Rd. Closure 2 — U33412 Greenlands Avenue from its junction with U33415 Greenlands Ave (Westbound) to its junction U33414 Landor Rd for a distance of 27 metres in an easterly direction.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Alternative route: U33416 Oakenhsaw Rd, U33200 Studley Rd, U33410 Auxerre Ave, U33414 Landor Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 9 days.

Proposal to construct Speed Cushions in Unicorn Hill and Hewell Road, Redditch

NOTICE is hereby given that Worcestershire County Council propose to construct three pairs of Speed Cushions 2000mm in length, 1600mm wide and 75mm high at a gradient of 1 in 10 on Unicorn Hill and Hewell Road, Redditch as follows:

First pair: Unicorn Hill 27m east of the junction with Hewell Road.

Second pair: Unicorn Hill 10m south-west of the junction with Hewell Road.

Third pair: Hewell Road 18m north of the junction with Unicorn Hill.

A plan showing these proposals may be inspected at Worcestershire County Council, Wildwood, Wildwood Drive, Worcester WR5 2QT during normal office hours or alternatively can be downloaded at the Redditch Public Notice page; or copies supplied by emailing roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk; until 6 May 2025.
