(CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2018
(AMENDMENT NO. ) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
proposes to make an Order under the provisions of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce a No waiting at any
time restriction on the following lengths of road:
i) Brander Close, Balby
Both sides
From the projected western kerb line of Wellingley Road, for a
distance of 25 metres in a generally north westerly direction.
ii) Grady Drive, Balby
Both sides
From the projected Eastern kerb line of Wellingley Road, for a

distance of 25 metres in a generally south easterly direction.
iii) Wellingley Road, Balby
Both sides
From a point 25 metres south west of the southern projected
kerb line of Brander Close / Grady Drive, for a distance of 54
metres in a generally northerly direction.
Exceptions to the Order will permit waiting for the purpose of
picking up and setting down passengers, loading and
unloading goods and in connection with building industrial or
demolition operations, the removal of obstructions to traffic,
the maintenance of the roads and the services therein in
pursuance of statutory powers or duties, for the collection
and delivery of postal packets or if it is a vehicle being
operated by or on behalf of the South Yorkshire Safety
Camera Partnerships while carrying out roadside monitoring
or enforcement operations. The usual exceptions for disabled
persons vehicles will also apply.
