Walsall - Various Temporary Road Traffic Restrictions

WALSALL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC & CLEARWAY)

(VARIOUS ROADS, BLOXWICH) ORDER APRIL 2025

Notice is hereby given that Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council intends, not less than 7 days from the date of this notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prevent any vehicles proceeding and stopping in that length of:

* A4124 BELL LANE, BLOXWICH that is situated from its junction with B4210 Broad
Lane to its junction with A34 Stafford Road. (Tuesday 29 April 2025 to Wednesday 30
April 2025) (19:00 to 06:00).

* A4124 LICHFIELD ROAD, BLOXWICH that is situated from its junction with Field Road
to its junction with Foundry Lane. (Tuesday 29 April 2025 & Thursday 08 May 2025
09:30 to 15:30) (Tuesday 13 May 2025 & Thursday 15 May 2025 to Saturday 17 May
2025 19:00 to 06:00).

* B4210 HIGH STREET, BLOXWICH that is situated from its junction with A34
Somerfield Road to its junction with Green Lane. (Monday 28 April 2025 & Thursday
08 May 2025 09:30 to 15:30) (Wednesday 14 May 2025 & Monday 19 May 2025 to
Tuesday 20 May 2025 19:00 to 06:00).

Reason for order: Carriageway surface dressing.
Works on behalf of: Walsall MBC (Maintenance).

This Order will come into operation on Monday 28 April 2025. It is anticipated that the works will be completed as close as possible to the dates above. Signs will be erected on site indicating when the no stopping restriction will be in force and signed diversion routes (viewable on the website one.network) will be in operation for affected traffic. The Order will remain in force for a period of up to eighteen months or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
