PUBLIC FOOTPATH NUMBER 27
(TEMPORARY PUBLIC FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council has made an Order to prohibit the use of Parish of Carham Public Footpath No 27, in the County of Northumberland.
The route is described as follows:
From the U1005 road 18 metres south of number 1 Courtyard Gardens in a general northerly direction for a distance of 45 metres to the junction with Public Footpath No 15, 17 metres north-west of number 1 Courtyard Gardens.
There is an alternative route available from the U1005 road 18 metres south of number 1 Courtyard Gardens in a general north-easterly direction for a distance of 40 metres over the footway to the east of Courtyard Gardens to join the U1005 road south of Public Footpath No 17.
The Order is to be effective from the 21st April 2025 until the 21st October 2025.

The closure has been requested by the owner of 1 Courtyard Gardens in the interest of public safety facilitate with the construction of three houses.
