What is happening?

..CITY OF DONCASTER COUNCIL
(VARIOUS ROADS DONCASTER)
SPEED LIMITS (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2011
(AMENDMENT NO.) ORDER 2025

Notice is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council propose to make an Order under the provisions of the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the order will be to:
(i) Remove the 20 mph speed limit on the following road:
CHURCH LANE which extends in a generally southerly direction from its junction with Hollowgate for a distance of
287 metres to a point 44m north of its junction with Far Moor Close.
(ii) and introduce a 20 mph speed limit on the following roads
BARNBURGH

BALMORAL CLOSE
BELVOIR AVENUE
CAERNARVON DRIVE
CONWAY DRIVE

CRESACRE AVENUE
HALL STREET
ST. MARGARET’S AVENUE
ST. PETER’S CLOSE

THE PINFOLD
THE POPLARS
WADWORTH CLOSE
WINDSOR DRIVE
CHURCH LANE from its junction with Doncaster Road to its junction with Hollowgate

HARLINGTON

CAMBRIDGE CLOSE
CRANE MOOR CLOSE
FAR MOOR CLOSE

FITZWILLIAM DRIVE
FURLONG WAY
MANOR ROAD

MILL LANE
NORTH END DRIVE
SAYERS CLOSE
A copy of the proposed Order together with a map showing the restricted roads and a statement of the Councils
reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at the Council Office, Civic Office, Waterdale Doncaster
between the hours of 9 am and 4.30 pm or on the City of Doncaster Council Website via the following link
