Duffield Bank - Temporary Road Closure

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
DUFFIELD BANK, DUFFIELD

WHEN: 05 May 2025 to 12 May 2025.
WHERE: Duffield Bank, Duffield between the entrance of Duffield Bank House and the entrance to Bankwood Care Home.
REASON: To facilitate the installation of overhead telecom cables.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Duffield Bank, Makeney Road, Town Street, Milford Road, Derby Road, and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
