Junction Road, Totton & Eling, New Forest - Temporary Road Closure due to Network Rail Refurbishment Works
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – JUNCTION ROAD, TOTTON & ELING, NEW FOREST
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED:
That part of Junction Road between its junction with Rumbridge Street and its junction with Maynard Road.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE:
Junction Road, Maynard Road, A336, Commercial Road, Totton Bypass, Rumbridge Street.
DURATION OF ORDER:
From Saturday 19th April 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than Monday 21st April 2025 and working between the hours 00:30–05:00).
