What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES & SPEED RESTRICTION – VARIOUS ROADS, COUNTYWIDE 2025 (No 16)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to allow for works on or near the road.
ROADS TO BE CLOSED: to prevent danger to the public during works:
Locksfold Avenue, Toronto Rd & Eling Mew, Forest between both of its junctions with Kinross Road.
Old Thame Road, Shalden, East Hampshire between its junction with Froyle Road and its junction with Upper Anstey Lane.

DURATION OF ORDER:
From 29th April 2025 for a period of 18 months. (This is the duration of the Order, not the work itself – works will be completed as soon as possible). Each road will be closed and re-opened as and when required and notified by signs on site and by advance warning signs. Closure times and permits will be indicated on site prior to works taking place (subject to progress). Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the works are being carried out.
