What is happening?

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – BEDHAMPTON ROAD, HAVANT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.

ROAD TO BE CLOSED:

That part of Bedhampton Road between its junction with Brookside Road and its junction with Nursery Road.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE:

Bedhampton Road, Portsdown Hill Road, Crookhorn Lane, College Road, Purbrook Way, Hulbert Road.

DURATION OF ORDER:

From Monday 14th April 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than Wednesday 16th April 2025 and working between the hours 09:30–15:30).

The Temporary Road Closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Openreach to access underground cabling safely. If there are any queries or enquiries regarding this Order please contact: surveys@sunbelterentals.co.uk
