Ceredigion Multiple Temporary Road Closures Due To Refurbishment & Utility Works

Mae’r Cyngor yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Ceredigion (U5071 Rhiwfelinwys) (Gwahardd Traffig Dros Dro) 2025, heb fod yn hwy na 7 diwrnod o 16/04/2025, pan waherdd pob cerbyd rhag mynedi ar y briffordd honno. Ceidw mynedi i gerbydau: i’r ffordd arall i gerbydau brys; cerbydau mewn eiddo o fewn yr ardal ar ffurf traed yn seiliedig ag eithrio ar y U5071 i’r gyffordd â’r U5070. Troe’rch i’r dde i’r B4338 gan deithio i’r gyffordd â’r B4340. Trowch i’r dde i’r B4340 gan deithio i’r gyffordd â’r U5071 (gerbyd yn Hen Feithrin). Trowch i’r dde i’r U5071 gan barhau hyd y pwynt i’r pellaf o’r darn caeedig. Mae hwn’n ffordd wahanol ac ychwanegol i gael ei ddefnyddio pan nad yw’r briffordd ar gau. Ni fydd modd defnyddio’r briffordd ar gau i fynd heibio neu i ymuno ag unrhyw fan o fewn yr hyd neu’r pwynt mynedi a nodir.

Bydd y Gorchymyn dod i rym ar 30/04/2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym hyd nes y bydd gwaith a wneir ar y briffordd wedi’i gwblhau. Gall y Gorchymyn barhau mewn grym am 18 mis.

HYSBYSIR bod y Cyngor wedi gwneud Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Ceredigion (C1135/C1132/U5088 Rhydlewis) (Gwahardd Traffig Tros Dro) 2025 i wahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y briffordd honno. Ceidw mynediad i gerbydau:

C1135 - Cyfnod 1 – 14/04/2025 i 15/04/2025 (o’r gyffordd â’r C1132 i’r fynedfa Blenwen – 780 metr)

Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer traffig ar y ffordd i’r gogledd-ddwyrain o’r fynedfa i’r de-ddwyrain o’r ffordd sydd ar gau yw teithio ar hyd yr C1132 i’r gyffordd â’r A487. Trowch i’r dde i’r A487A i theithio’n i’r gyffordd â’r C1135. Trowch i’r dde i’r C1135 a theithio’n i’r gyffordd â’r C1135. U5088 – Cyfnod 5 – 28/04/2025 to 29/04/2025 (o Fferm Aberdewi i’r gyffordd â’r Pant y Hodau – tua 530 metr)

Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer traffig ar y ffordd i’r de i’r dwyrain o’r fynedfa i’r gogledd-orllewin o’r ffordd sydd ar gau yw teithio ar hyd yr U5088 i’r gyffordd â’r B4339. Trowch i’r dde i’r B4339 a theithio’n i’r gyffordd â’r A487A. Trowch i’r dde i’r A487A a theithio’n i’r gyffordd â’r C1132. Trowch i’r dde i’r C1132 a theithio’n i’r gyffordd â’r U5088 a mynd i’r gyffordd i’r gogledd-ddwyrain o’r ffordd sydd ar gau; ac yn yr un ffordd ar gyfer cerbydau brys. Cynsawn pellter o tua 4.7 milltir.

Ni fydd modd defnyddio’r briffordd ar gau i fynd heibio neu i ymuno ag unrhyw fan o fewn yr hyd a’r pwynt mynedi a nodir uchod. Ceidw mynediad i gerbydau brys a’r rhai sydd yn breswylwyr eiddo ceir gan Gerbydau’n byw mewn eiddo y tu mewn i’r ardal gau honno.

Estellai y gwneir y Gorchymyn barhau mewn grym am 18 mis.

Ceredigion County Council

The Council intends, not less than 7 days from 16/04/2025, to make the Ceredigion County Council (U5071 Rhiwfelinwys) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025 to prohibit any vehicle proceeding along that highway. Pedestrian access maintained. The alternative route for north bound traffic from a point south of the closure is to travel along the U5071 to its junction with the U5070. Turn right onto the U5070 and travel to its junction with the B4343. Turn right onto the B4343 and travel to its junction with the U5071 (opposite The Old Mill). Turn right onto the U5071 and continue to a point north of the closure. Please note that the U5071 is unsuitable for long vehicles. Vice versa for south bound traffic. A distance of approximately 1.5 miles. It is intended that the Order will come into force on 30/04/2025 and will continue until the refurbishment of the highway has been completed. The Order may continue in force for 18 months.

NOTICE is given that the Council have made the Ceredigion County Council (C1135/C1132/U5088 Rhydlewis) Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025 to prohibit any vehicle proceeding along that highway. Pedestrian access maintained.

C1135 - Phase 1 – 14/04/25 to 15/04/2025 (from its junction with the C1132 to entrance of Blenwen – 780 metres)

The alternative route for north-east bound traffic from a point south-west of the closure is to travel along the C1132 to its junction with the A487. Turn right onto the A487 and travel to its junction with C1051. Turn right onto the C1051 and travel to its junction with the C1135. Turn right onto the C1135 and travel to a point north-east of the closure; and vice versa. A distance of approximately 5½ miles.

C1132 - Phases 2 / 3 / 4

Phase 2 – 17/04/2025 to 19/04/2025 (from its junction with C1135 to Aberdewi Farm – approximately 785 metres)

Phase 3 – 20/04/2025 to 23/04/2025 (from Aberdewi Farm to its junction with U5085 – approximately 470 metres)

Phase 4 – 24/04/2025 to 27/04/2025 (from its junction with U5085 to the entrance of Penlon Newydd – approximately 0.7 mile)

The alternative route for south-southeast traffic from a point north-west of the closure is to travel along the C1132 to its junction with the A487. Turn right onto the A487 and travel to its junction with the B4339. Turn right onto the B4339 and travel to its junction with the C1135. Turn right onto the C1135 and travel to a point south-east of the closure; and vice versa. A total distance of approximately 5 miles.

U5088 – Phase 5 – 28/04/2025 to 29/04/2025 (from Aberdewi Farm entrance of Pant yr Hodle – approximately 530 metres)

The alternative route for east-bound traffic from a point west of the closure is to travel along the U5088 to its junction with the B4334. Turn right onto the B4334 and travel to its junction with the A487. Turn right onto the A487 and travel to its junction with the C1132. Turn right onto the C1132 and travel to its junction with the U5088 and a point east of the closure; and vice versa. A total distance of approximately 4.7 miles.

The Order will come into force on 14/04/2025 and will remain in force until the fibre optic cabling works are completed in approximately 2 weeks. The Order may continue in force for 18 months.
