NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984.

It is expected that the Order will come into force on 10/05/2025 and have a maximum duration of 6 months. 

The works will be completed within the period of the Order. 

The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 1 week.

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Newline Civil Engineering to undertake new connection works. The proposed diversion route will be signed on site.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. 

The Order will come into force on 22/04/2025 and have a maximum duration of 18 months. 

The works will be completed within the period of the Order. 

The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected, which is expected to be at 07:00 hours on or about the 22/04/2025 and may last for up to 18 months.

Closure details will be confirmed locally in due course. 

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow for surface dressing, cats eye removals & installation, carriageway patching, road marking, drainage & any other associated utility & highway maintenance works to be undertaken.

No speed limit imposed by this order applies to vehicles falling within regulation 3(4) of the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011 when used in accordance with regulation 3(5) of those Regulations.

The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 2 days. 

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Severn Trent Water to undertake repair & maintenance works & various highway maintenance works. 

There is no suitable diversion route so access will be maintained using vehicle plates, although some delays will occur.
