Carlton Road - Temporary Traffic Order for Planned Works
What is happening?
LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING
NOTICE OF MAKING OF TEMPORARY
TRAFFIC ORDER FOR PLANNED WORKS AFFECTING: CARLTON ROAD, EALING.
Ealing Council has made the following temporary traffic order under sections 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984:
Title of order
This order can be referred to as: Temporary traffic order for planned works - TT 4556 Carlton Road, Ealing - 2025.
Reason for order
This order is needed to allow for works taking place on or near the road. These works involve Malci Construction Ltd carrying out re development building works.
Effect of order
1. This order will suspend (CPZ) Controlled Parking Bays outside and opposite 1 Carlton Road, for the durations listed in this order. Waiting, loading and unloading restrictions will be applied on the northern & southern kerb line directly outside and opposite 1 Carlton Road.
2. These restrictions and prohibitions will apply at the specified locations where appropriate “no-waiting cones” are placed along the length of the affected public highway.
3. While the temporary restrictions are in place, displaced vehicles must comply with any traffic management measures.
4. This Order does not apply to anything done at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a police community support officer (PCSO).
5. any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance.
Date order will come into force.
5th April 2025
Maximum duration of order
This order will expire on 4th October 2026 or, on completion of the works, which is expected to be 31st April 2026, whichever is sooner.
