What is happening?

THE BOROUGH OF LUTON (STREET PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.***) ORDER 2025. THE BOROUGH OF LUTON (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.***) ORDER 2025.

NOTICE is hereby given that Luton Borough Council, the Highway Authority for the said Borough, intends to make the above Orders under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

The general effect of the Orders will be to remove the length of parking bay outside of No.13 Tavistock Crescent to facilitate off-street parking, and introduce No Waiting Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm restriction in its place.

and copies will be emailed over or if available posted out. If you wish to object to the proposed Orders you should write to me at the address below, or email highways

setting out the grounds of your objection by no later than 7th May 2025 quoting reference HW/TRO/P2252
