TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South East) (No.13) Order 2025" authorising the stopping up of the whole of Collins House Road which connects Mendy Street and Bridge Street at High Wycombe, in Buckinghamshire. This is to enable development as permitted by Buckinghamshire Council, under reference 24/05471/FUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/5947). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Buckinghamshire Council, Walton Street Offices,

Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 11 April 2025.
