What is happening?
Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015
Notice being made by Mr John Martin of Martin-Baker Aircraft Co LTD for a non-material amendment planning application to planning permission (reference PL/19/4461 /FA) for the construction of a new roundabout at the junction between A413 Amersham and Old Amersham Road together with a new connecting arm and link road, to include a new bridge structure over the River Misbourne, running northbound to connect to the western side of existing Martin Baker strategic employment site, including associated street lighting, drainage, signage, landscaping and screening at 61 Martin Baker Aircraft Co Ltd, Lowe Road, Higher Denham, Denham, Buckinghamshire, UB9 5AJ.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representation about this application, should write to the council within 14 days of the date of this notice at Buckinghamshire Council - South Bucks Area, King George V House, King George V Road, Amersham, HP6 5AW.
