MAE GWEINIDOGION CYMRU yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn drwy arfer eu pwerau o dan adrannau 82(2), 83(1) a 124(1)(d) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, a pharagraff 27(1) o Atodlen 9 iddi.

Effaith y Gorchymyn arfaethedig fydd dileu cyfyngiadau er mwyn adfer y terfyn cyflymder cenedlaethol ar y darnau o gefnffordd yr A5 a ddisgrifir yn yr Atodlen i’r Hysbysiad hwn.

Bydd Gorchymyn Cefnffordd (yr A5) (Ffordd Osgoi’r Waun, Halton, Clwyd) (Dileu Cyfyngiadau) 1992 (O.S. 1992/147) yn cael ei ddiddymu gan y Gorchymyn arfaethedig.

Yn ystod cyfnod o 21 o ddiwrnodau o 11 Ebrill 2025 ymlaen, gellir edrych ar gopi o’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig, y plan, y Datganiad o’r Rhesymau dros wneud y Gorchymyn a’r Gorchymyn sy’n cael ei ddiddymu, yn rhad ac am ddim, yn ystod oriau agor arferol yn Swyddfa Post Froncysyllte, Holyhead Road, Froncysyllte, ger Llangollen LL20 7RA, neu gellir eu gweld ar wefan Llywodraeth Cymru ar https://llyw.cymru/gorchmynion-ffyrdd neu gellir eu cael yn rhad ac am ddim o’r cyfeiriad isod gan ddyfynnu’r cyfeirnod 4Q2283434.

Rhaid anfon unrhyw wrthwynebiadau, gan nodi ar ba sail y’u gwneir, drwy e-bost i Trafnidiaeth.YGangenOrchmynion@llyw.cymru neu’n ysgrifenedig i: Y Gangen Orchmynion, Trafnidiaeth, Llywodraeth Cymru, Parc Cathays, Caerdydd CF10 3NQ erbyn 2 Mai 2025.

THE A5 TRUNK ROAD (HALTON ROUNDABOUT TO WHITEHURST JUNCTION, CHIRK, WREXHAM COUNTY BOROUGH) (DERESTRICTION) ORDER 202-

THE WELSH MINISTERS propose to make an Order in exercise of their powers under sections 82(2), 83(1) and 124(1)(d) of, and paragraph 27(1) of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the proposed Order will be to derestrict to the national speed limit the lengths of the A5 trunk road described in the Schedule to this Notice.

The Trunk Road (A5) (Chirk By-Pass, Halton, Clwyd) (De-Restriction) Order 1992 (S.I. 1992/147) will be revoked by the proposed Order.

During a period of 21 days from 11 April 2025, a copy of the proposed Order, plan, Statement of Reasons for making the Order and the Order being revoked may be inspected, free of charge, during normal opening hours at Froncysyllte Post Office, Holyhead Road, Froncysyllte, near Llangollen LL20 7RA, or can be viewed on the Welsh Government’s website at https://gov.wales/road-orders or obtained, free of charge, from the address below quoting reference number qA2283434.

Objections, specifying the grounds on which they are made, must be sent by e-mail to TransportOrdersBranch@gov.wales or in writing to Orders Branch, Transport, Welsh Government, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ by 2 May 2025.

Should you wish to object, support or make representations, the Welsh Government may need to consult with people and organisations outside of the Welsh Government. As part of the consultation process, we may pass information to them, including information you have provided and your personal data. We will, however, only disclose your personal details where it is necessary to do so to address the issues raised. If you do not wish personal data to be forwarded to third parties, you should state this when submitting your correspondence and the Welsh Government will copy the representations to the appropriate third parties with the name and address removed. If there is to be a local Public Inquiry, the representations will be seen by the Inspector who may give them less weight as a result.
