Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council is seeking planning permission for Proposed replacement entrance lobby at Colchester Central Library, 21 Trinity Square, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1JB – CC/COL/26/25
Colchester Central Library, 21 Trinity Square, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1JB is situated within the Colchester – North Hill, East Hill St Johns Green Conservation Area.
The proposal may affect the setting of 26 Trinity Street Grade I Listed Building, CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH Grade II Listed Building, 8 and 10 Trinity Street Grade II Listed Building, 7 Trinity Street Grade I Listed Building, 22 Trinity Street Grade I Listed Building, 11 Trinity Street Grade II Listed Building, 6 Trinity Street Grade II* Listed Building and FORMER CHURCH OF HOLY TRINITY Grade I Listed Building – 28.89 metres.
