(Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.50) Order 202*
Notice is hereby given Colchester City Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 1st July 2022 proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32, 35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts II and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the Order:
To introduce double yellow lines (No Waiting At Any Time) in Great Lawn, Ongar on its east side and to incorporate the end turning points, River Road, Buckhurst Hill, south side between numbers 7 & 23, Pyrles Green, Loughton, at the junction with Pyrles Lane, Riverside Avenue, Nazeing at its junction with Old Nazeing Road, Church Road at its junction with Osborne Road, Hills Road, at its junction with Osborne Road and The Drive, with an extension to existing lines at the junction with the A121 and new roundabout with Epping New Road, Buckhurst Hill.
To introduce no loading at any time in Queens Road and Princes Road, Buckhurst Hill where both roads converge, close to the upper Queens Road car park.
To introduce double red lines (No Stopping At Any Time) on Brooker Road, Waltham Abbey, close to Ability House, Princesfield Road & Upshire Road, Waltham Abbey where all three roads converge.
To introduce a permit parking zone (BHTR4) in Church Road, Trent Road, Hills Road, Osborne Road, & Epping New Road service road serving numbers 91A to 103, Buckhurst Hill (all odd and even numbers with either a Trent/Hills/Osborne/Church Road address on the frontage) as well as odd numbers 91A, 91 to 103 inclusive Epping New Road will be able to purchase 2 parking permits and unlimited visitor permits. First permit £70, second permit £118, digital visitor permits x10, 24 hour £17 & 6 hour £9)
To introduce permit parking zone (BHBC1) in Beatrice Court, Buckhurst Hill (all odd numbers with a Beatrice Court or Blackbourough House address & postcode) who will be able to purchase 2 parking permits and unlimited visitor permits. First permit £70, second permit £118, digital visitor permits x10, 24 hour £17 & 6 hour £9)
To introduce permit parking zone (LPG3) in Pyrles Green, Loughton for its entire length (all odd and even numbers with a Pyrles Green address & postcode will be able to purchase 2 parking permits and unlimited visitor permits. First permit £70, second permit £118, digital visitor permits x10, 24 hour £17 & 6 hour £9)
To amend The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 to allow the properties detailed in Column 2 of the table in the Schedule 1 to this Notice to be able to purchase permits for the proposed zones listed in Column 1 of that table.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by introducing tile number TL550 037 revision 0 and by replacing tile numbers TL550 035, TL405 007, TL370 065, TL0240 324, revision 0 with revision 1; replacing tile numbers TL0380 000, TL0380 997 revision 1 with revision 2; replacing tile numbers TL0405 940, TL405 938, TL405 937, revision 2 with revision 3 and replacing tile numbers TL0410 937, TL0405 937 & TL0415 937 revision 3 with revision 4.

(Muskham Road, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Muskham Road, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with The Gowers to its junction with First Avenue for a distance of approximately 40m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th May 2025 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410244153 – Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on-site network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while repack sluice valve works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Muskham Road, Mowbray Road, Mistley Road, First Avenue and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 17th April 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Upland Road, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Upland Road, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Shingle Hall Road to its junction with Epping Road for a distance of approximately 520m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th May 2025 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA19002341029AB – Gigaclear). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on-site network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while micro duct laying works are undertaken by Gigaclear.
An alternative route is available via Epping Road, Lindsey Street, Palmers Hill, Thornwood Road, High Road, Upland Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 17th April 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
