NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Application reference number S62A/2025/0087

Proposed development at Land between 84 and 108 Ragged Hall Lane, Chiswell Green, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL2 3NN.

Notice is given that Martin Holderness is applying to the Secretary of State for Outline planning application (all matters reserved) for 7 serviced plots for self-build and custom housebuilding.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application the plans and other documents submitted with it at:

https://www.gov.uk/guidance/section-62a-planning-application-s62a20250087-land-between-84-and-108-ragged-hall-lane-chiswell-green-st-albans-hertfordshire-al2-3nn and at Civic Centre, St Peter’s Street, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3JE during all reasonable hours within the period of 14 days beginning with the date on which this notice was published.

All representations made in connection with the development proposal will be made publicly available on the website shortly after the end of the representation period. The name of the person or organisation will be published however addresses, signatures and contact details will be kept private in line with data protection requirements.
