(Off Street Parking Places) Order 2025
Boscawen Park, Sports Hub, Hendra, Library and Victoria Gardens Car Parks, Truro.
Notice is hereby given that on 31st March 2025 Truro City Council made the above Order pursuant to the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
This is a new order covering:
Boscawen Park Car Park. Charging structure for all days – first 4 hours free, 4-5 hrs £4.20, 5-6hrs £6.20, 6-7hrs £8.50, up to 24 hrs £10.50.
Sports Hub Car Park. No Charge to park, 24 hours. 4 hours no return. Campers and Motorhomes prohibited 2100-0800
Victoria Gardens Car Park. No Charge to park, Dawn ‘til Dusk. 2 hours no return. Campers and Motorhomes prohibited
Hendra Car Park – Permits only. Commercial £750pa, Truro Residents £500pa,
Library Car Park-Permits only.
The Order will come into effect on the 1st May 2025. The Order may be viewed at www.truro.gov.uk or by application to the Town Clerk info@truro.gov.uk
Any persons who wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, may within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application to the High Court for that purpose.
