(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 14th April 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Lostwithiel.
This prohibition is necessary for works on overhead structure and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd May 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - B3269 From Fowey Cross To Junction South East Of Trevenning Farm, Lostwithiel from junction with Road From Castle Hill To The B3269 Between Edgecombe Road And Castledore to junction with Road From Merlin Cottage To The B3269 Between Edgecombe Road And Castledore.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 14th April 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the in Callington.
This prohibition is necessary for sewer connection works to existing sewer infrastructure and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th April 2025 to 2nd May 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 14th April 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Calstock.
This prohibition is necessary for ducting installation works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th April 2025 to 1st May 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1800 and 0600, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Sand Lane between property known as Hillside and the junction with Baptist Street and Church Street, Road From Church Street To Adit Cottages, Fore Street and Commercial Road for their entire lengths, Calstock.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 14th April 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Tredinnick.
This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th April 2025 to 29th April 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From The B3254 At Dobwalls To Polpever, Tredinnick between property known as The Firs and grid reference SX 23746 57117.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Traffic Restriction Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Esplanade, Fowey from the junction with Lostwithiel Street to the junction with Daglands Road.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend
the existing one-way order The County of Cornwall (Fowey) (Restrictions on Driving) (Consolidation) Order 1991 (Class III) Lostwithiel Street from the junction with Esplanade to the junction with Daglands Road.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works to supply new water source are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 12th May 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 16th May 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
Pedestrian and Vehicular access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th April 2025 to 29th April 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for permanent disconnection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th April 2025 to 2nd May 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 2300, weekends included.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 14th April 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Fowey.
This prohibition is necessary for essential tree works and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th April 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.
Road affected - Passage Lane, Fowey between properties Lescrow Cottage and Oak Cottage.

This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st May 2025 to 2nd May 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road From Abbotscourt Lane To Junction South Of Trelay, Antony) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Antony.
This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works to restore service and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th May 2025 to 13th May 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1430, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Abbotscourt Lane To Junction South Of Trelay, Antony between grid reference SX 39666 54282 and the Graveyard.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 16th April 2025 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpath 4 in the Parish of Maker-with-Rame for its entire length. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to dangerous trees and damaged surface due to lifting rootballs.
The Order will come into operation on 17th April 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 27th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 27th March 2025 for a period of up to 21 days.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.
