(A5083 STANIFIELD LANE, LOSTOCK HALL, SOUTH RIBBLE BOROUGH) (TEMPORARY ONE WAY PROHIBITION) (TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRCITION) ORDER 2025
The Lancashire County Council (“the County Council”) in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, (the Act), and of all other enabling powers, HEREBY makes the following Order:-
The Lancashire County Council (A5083 STANIFIELD LANE, LOSTOCK HALL, SOUTH RIBBLE BOROUGH) (TEMPORARY ONE WAY PROHIBITION) (TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRCITION) ORDER 2025, is hereby temporarily Amended in that:
i. To amend Article 5 as follows:
The prohibition will be operative from 0900 hours on Monday 19th May 2025 until 1500 hours on 15th August 2025 or until completion of the works within this period.
This Temporary Amendment Order shall come into operation on 24th March 2025 and may be cited as “The Lancashire County Council (A5083 STANIFIELD LANE, LOSTOCK HALL, SOUTH RIBBLE BOROUGH) (TEMPORARY ONE WAY PROHIBITION) (TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRCITION) ORDER 2025 (TEMPORARY AMENDMENT) ORDER 2025
