PUBLIC NOTICE
THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL
(MILTON ROAD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on Milton Road in both directions from outside property 204 to its junction with Bushbury Road.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken from 15 April 2025 until 17 April 2025.
The diversion route is: Bushbury Road, Thorneycroft Lane, Prestwood Road and vice versa.
The Order is required to facilitate a small metre renewal by Severn Trent Water.
